Job Requirements :
- Key Responsibilities : 1 Gather and process raw data at scale 2 Design and develop data applications using selected tools and frameworks as required and requested 3 Read, extract, transform, stage and load data to selected tools and frameworks as required and requested 4 Perform tasks such as writing scripts, web scraping, calling APIs, write SQL queries, etc 5 Work closely with the engineering team to integrate your work into our production systems 6 Process unstructured data into a form suitable for analysis
Technical Experience : 1 4 years of recent experience in data engineering 2 A solid track record of data management showing your flawless execution and attention to detail 3 Programming experience, ideally in Python, Spark, Kafka, Elasticsearch, and a willingness to learn new programming languages to meet goals and objectives 4 Must be very good with Python frameworks like Pandas, NumPy, SciPy 5 Knowledge of data cleaning, wrangling, visualization and reporting
Professional Attributes : 1 A willingness to explore new alternatives or options to solve data mining issues, and utilize a combination of industry best practices and data innovations
Educational Qualification : 1 15 years of full time education 2 Bachelors Degree or more in Computer Science or a related field
